Welcome to Training Excellence, a service operated by Excellent Training Group Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Subscriber”, “Customer”, or “you”) and us, governing your access to and use of the services provided via our website, https://trainingexcellence.org.uk (“Website”).
By enrolling in or using our Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Your electronic consent is considered as legally binding as your physical signature. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your reference.

Modifications to Terms or Services
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions and to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, either temporarily or permanently. Any updates will be published on our Website. We may also notify you through your registered email address or via a notification within your learner dashboard. Your continued use of the Services following such updates will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
General Use of Website and Services
You agree not to:
- Use our Website or Services in any unlawful manner.
- Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features.
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that contains viruses or malicious code.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use our services to advertise or promote third-party products or services.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access.
Membership and Subscription Types
Training Excellence offers various access models:
1. Standard Membership: Paid on a monthly or annual basis, this includes access to a wide selection of online courses. Learners may enrol in up to 10 active courses at a time. To enrol in an 11th one, course must be completed.
2. Lifetime Membership: One-time payment offering permanent access to all non-regulated Training Excellence courses. Inactivity for 12 consecutive months may result in account deactivation.
3. Family/Group Membership: Parent account holders can assign and revoke course access to child/sub-accounts. Each user has separate certificates, progress tracking, and dashboards.
These memberships do not automatically grant access to regulated qualifications or third-party courses unless stated.
Right to Cancel Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time from the Member Dashboard or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to your active courses until the end of your current billing period.
- You will no longer be charged future subscription fees.
- You will lose access to any premium features or new enrolments after your cancellation date.
Training Excellence reserves the right to cancel any membership for breach of Terms or misuse of services.
Charging Policy
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, based on the plan selected at checkout. Charges are typically processed on the same calendar day each billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.
In the event of failed payment:
- We will retry the payment up to three times.
- You may lose access to the Services until payment is made.
- We may use debt collection agencies or take legal action to recover dues.
All payments are made in GBP. Any foreign transaction or processing fees are the responsibility of the subscriber.
Returns and Refunds
Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies under these conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of initial purchase.
- Course progress is under 50%.
- No downloadable content has been used.
- The product was not discounted or part of a promotional offer.
A standard £5 processing fee applies. No refunds are available after certificates have been issued, or if a course is completed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if fraudulent activity is suspected or the policy is abused.
Annual Subscription: Rights & Conditions
An annual subscription gives access to all included courses for 12 months. During this period, learners may:
- Access up to 10 courses simultaneously.
- Complete and receive certificates for each course.
- Request support and assistance from tutors.
Refunds for annual plans are not provided if:
- You’ve accessed 50% or more of any course.
- A discount was applied at checkout.
- The subscription renewed automatically.
Lifetime Access
Our Lifetime Access product allows:
- Perpetual access to all standard courses (excluding regulated qualifications).
- Complimentary student ID (digital version).
- Priority support and exclusive updates.
Limitations:
- Access is revoked if the account is inactive for 12 months or more.
- Misuse or content redistribution will result in termination.
- Refunds are not granted for Lifetime Access unless the purchase was made in error and no course was accessed.
Certificate Policy
Certificates are issued digitally for free upon successful completion of any course. You may purchase a printed certificate and transcript for an additional fee. Our certificates:
- Are CPD-accredited
- Include completion date, learner name, and course title
- Are issued via secure link
Printed copies are delivered by post and typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Website Availability and Maintenance
We aim to ensure the website is available 24/7, however we may schedule maintenance or experience outages due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from website unavailability.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Training Excellence shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Downtime or loss due to outages
Our total liability in respect of any claims shall not exceed £150 or the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lesser.
Promotional Offers
We may offer discount codes, vouchers, and promotional deals from time to time. Terms include:
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Must be used before the expiry date
- Not valid on regulated or professional courses unless explicitly stated
- No cash alternative offered
- Discounts do not apply retroactively
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Training Excellence, its affiliates, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, use of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Confidentiality and Data Security
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes but is not limited to:
- Account details
- Billing history
- Course performance
- Internal documentation
Data is stored securely in compliance with industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security. You agree not to share your login or personal details.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@trainingexcellence.org.uk. We aim to resolve issues within 7 working days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to a recognised online dispute resolution service.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Course-Specific Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Training Excellence, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms or delegate our obligations without restriction.
